What happens if there is a problem with my order?
If the wrong material arrives or there is a quality issue, email support@hellogravel.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the material, photos of the delivery spot, and a short description of the issue. Please contact us before you spread, move, or use the material, since that makes the issue harder to verify. Claims sent more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for review.
If we confirm the wrong material was delivered or there was a fulfillment issue within our control, we work with you on replacement material, a partial refund, or a full refund.
Bulk materials cannot be returned once they are dumped, so changes are best made before delivery: you can cancel without penalty if you tell us at least one full business day before your delivery date.

Wow, this was the best experience ever! Thanks s was my 3rd crushed rock delivery and by far the best yet! My 1st, through a contractor I waited well over 6 weeks. My 2nd was through a different contractor but I still waited over a week and a half. Hello Gravel…I went online, chose the type and amount I wanted, paid with my credit card (half of what I paid before) and it was delivered in less than a week! I got the same crushed rock, same driver and same truck!!! I couldn’t be happier…they called to confirm order, the day before and sent me a text when the driver arrived. Hello Gravel has the best prices, fastest delivery, best drivers AND THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hello Gravel communicated with me several times before delivery and the day of delivery. Between loads, they notified me when driver was again in route so that I knew exactly when to expect their arrival. The driver placed the loads exactly where I asked and was very professional. Hello Gravel was easy to work with and made sprucing up my gravel driveway seamless. They stayed in contact throughout the process and made sure everything went well. The driver was awesome, and even though he was not obligated too, he dumped the gravel along the driveway as he pulled back and fourth which saved me tons of time in spreading it out. I would absolutely use Hello Gravel again and recommend it to friends and family. 10/10

I realize that they are contracting with a local supplier, so I am probably paying a little bit of a premium, or they are getting a better deal with them than I could, but the ability to place the order online, respond to ONE text message and have gravel show up is priceless.

Does delivery include spreading the material?
No. Delivery does not include spreading, moving, grading, or cleanup unless that service is stated in writing before you order.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
It is recommended but not required. If you cannot be on site, stay reachable by phone during your delivery window in case the driver has questions about access or placement.
What can prevent a delivery?
An incorrect address, blocked driveways, locked gates, low wires or branches, soft ground, steep slopes, or tight turns. Check that the delivery spot is accessible before your delivery window.
Can I return a delivery or cancel my order?
Bulk materials cannot be returned once they are dumped. You can cancel without penalty if you tell us at least one full business day before your delivery date. If the wrong material arrives, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
