Driver was timely, dropped the too soil on the tarp as desired. The top soil is dark and good quality. The delivery came in2 loads. After 1st load I realized I ordered too much and the 1st load was enough. They kindly canceled the 2nd load and refunded the difference back to my accoint.

I purchased 8 tons of 3/4 crushed stone for a project at my off-grid eco-village. The area where I live is a little tricky to get large deliveries to but with some amazing help from Cadian, I managed to get the delivery within the tight-timeline. Cadian was on top of all the communications I sent him both text and email, he definitely made my experience much pleasant than it could have been. The minimum order is typically 1 ton (or 1 cubic yard for mulch and soil products). Our pricing gets better with larger quantities — a full truckload (18 tons) gives you the best per-unit price.
Due to the nature of bulk materials, we cannot accept returns once delivered. We recommend using our calculator to get the right amount — it's better to order slightly more than to run short mid-project.
Topsoil is screened natural soil — great for grading, leveling, and lawn establishment. Garden soil is a premium blend with added compost and nutrients — ideal for raised beds and planting areas where you want maximum plant growth.
Our garden soil and compost soil are ready to plant in as-is. Topsoil benefits from mixing in compost for garden beds. Fill dirt is not intended for planting — it's for grading and structural fill only.
