- We fix what we control. Wrong material, confirmed fulfillment errors, or orders we cannot complete are reviewed for replacement, refund, or another fair resolution.
- Safe delivery comes first. The driver chooses the final safe dump location on site. If your requested spot is not safely reachable, we deliver to the closest safe location available.
- Plans change. You can cancel free up to one full business day before delivery. Next-business-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- Natural material varies. Color, texture, moisture, dust, and sizing can vary by quarry, supplier, season, and region.

I couldn't be more happier with the overall experience I had using hello gravel to deliver some road base I needed to make a pad for a 40' storage container. They delivered right on time and put the gravel right where I wanted it to go. The driver was very friendly and super polite. This much is for sure if I need gravel in the future I will most definitely be calling hello gravel to bring it. So if you need some good quality road base give hello gravel a call and you will be glad you did. I almost forgot to tell you about how easy the whole process is when buying online and setting up payment and delivery and didn't have anyone hassling and pressuring me into buying something. Hello Gravel cared more about the structural integrity of my house than they did about making the sale. I was trying to place an order to buy dirt to place between a retaining wall and footings at the base of columns that hold up my house. They could have just sold me anything for profit, but they told me to go get the advice of a structural engineer, knowing that the structural engineer would probably order the dirt himself and possibly from another company. That’s integrity.

Yes! Delivery is included in the price you see — no hidden fees, no surprises. The price per ton (or yard) you see is the price you pay, delivered.
The minimum order is typically 1 ton (or 1 cubic yard for mulch and soil products). Our pricing gets better with larger quantities — a full truckload (18 tons) gives you the best per-unit price.
Due to the nature of bulk materials, we cannot accept returns once delivered. We recommend using our calculator to get the right amount — it's better to order slightly more than to run short mid-project.
For driveways, we recommend 4-6 inches of compacted base. For patios and walkways, 3-4 inches is sufficient. Heavy-use areas like parking lots may need 6-8 inches. Always compact in 2-inch lifts for best results.
Absolutely. Compaction is essential for base materials to perform properly. Rent a plate compactor for small areas or a roller for larger projects. Water the base lightly before compacting for best results.
