What happens if there is a problem with my order?
If the wrong material arrives or there is a quality issue, email support@hellogravel.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the material, photos of the delivery spot, and a short description of the issue. Please contact us before you spread, move, or use the material, since that makes the issue harder to verify. Claims sent more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for review.
If we confirm the wrong material was delivered or there was a fulfillment issue within our control, we work with you on replacement material, a partial refund, or a full refund.
Bulk materials cannot be returned once they are dumped, so changes are best made before delivery: you can cancel without penalty if you tell us at least one full business day before your delivery date.

I was looking for landscaping rock, googled landscaping rocks near me and hello gravel popped up. I looked at their site, found the rocks I was looking for but didn’t know how much I needed. Used their calculator and I needed 5 tons. I booked and paid on the site. Immediately received a call the next day, they confirmed the quote and delivery info. My Hello Gravel sales associate Katie was extremely helpful, especially when the driver initially couldn’t make the delivery due to a miscommunication. While it was frustrating, as it cost extra and I had done everything asked of me (sent photos of the space, prepared driveway with plywood, etc and gotten approval) Katie ensured the delivery was re-scheduled and was very kind, communicative, and understanding during the process. Would use Hello Gravel again, despite the initial friction and added costs.

Where will the driver dump my material?
You can request a preferred spot. The driver makes the final call based on safety, access, clearance, and ground conditions. If the requested spot cannot be reached safely, the load goes to the closest safe location.
Does delivery include spreading the material?
No. Delivery does not include spreading, moving, grading, or cleanup unless that service is stated in writing before you order.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
It is recommended but not required. If you cannot be on site, stay reachable by phone during your delivery window in case the driver has questions about access or placement.
What can prevent a delivery?
An incorrect address, blocked driveways, locked gates, low wires or branches, soft ground, steep slopes, or tight turns. Check that the delivery spot is accessible before your delivery window.
Can I return a delivery or cancel my order?
