I was looking for landscaping rock, googled landscaping rocks near me and hello gravel popped up. I looked at their site, found the rocks I was looking for but didn’t know how much I needed. Used their calculator and I needed 5 tons. I booked and paid on the site. Immediately received a call the next day, they confirmed the quote and delivery info. Today I receive a text that it will be delivered tomorrow. Easiest and quickest rock company I have worked with. Amazing service, excellent response time and incredible experience so far.

My Hello Gravel sales associate Katie was extremely helpful, especially when the driver initially couldn’t make the delivery due to a miscommunication. While it was frustrating, as it cost extra and I had done everything asked of me (sent photos of the space, prepared driveway with plywood, etc and gotten approval) Katie ensured the delivery was re-scheduled and was very kind, communicative, and understanding during the process. Would use Hello Gravel again, despite the initial friction and added costs.
