Product description

Hand-size river stone that dresses up drainage and holds through heavy rain.

1–2" round rock is natural river stone, smooth-tumbled and sized right for the middle jobs: dry creek beds, downspout runs, water features, drainage swales, and decorative borders that need to hold their ground through a Willamette Valley winter. Color varies naturally, typically dark grey with warmer tones mixed through, and it glistens when wet. One cubic yard weighs approximately 2,200 lbs. Hello Gravel delivers it in bulk by dump truck across Salem and the Willamette Valley.

I purchased 8 tons of 3/4 crushed stone for a project at my off-grid eco-village. The area where I live is a little tricky to get large deliveries to but with some amazing help from Cadian, I managed to get the delivery within the tight-timeline. Cadian was on top of all the communications I sent him both text and email, he definitely made my experience much pleasant than it could have been. I would work with these guys again because they know what good customer support looks like.

Hello Gravel found me while I was looking for dirt to fill a hole that opened up in my back yard. I originally searched on DirtMatch and when I spoke with Chuck I was originally quoted for 1 ton of dirt. After showing pictures it turned out I needed less than half of that. Chuck talked me through the process of picking the right soil, how to fill the hole, and where to get what I needed from the Lowes local to me. Uploaded pictures of how we found it, after we dug out all the overhang and cleaned it out, and after we filled it in. I saved $400 by talking with Chuck and it only took like 3 hours. I wasn't even an official customer and Chuck took the time to help me with the hole in my yard. And on a weekend no less!!! What I'm saying is if you're looking for honest, kind, caring people to help you with your job. From my experience, this is the place.
