What happens if there is a problem with my order?
If the wrong material arrives or there is a quality issue, email support@hellogravel.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the material, photos of the delivery spot, and a short description of the issue. Please contact us before you spread, move, or use the material, since that makes the issue harder to verify. Claims sent more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for review.
If we confirm the wrong material was delivered or there was a fulfillment issue within our control, we work with you on replacement material, a partial refund, or a full refund.
Bulk materials cannot be returned once they are dumped, so changes are best made before delivery: you can cancel without penalty if you tell us at least one full business day before your delivery date.

I found the "HELLO GRAVEL" website by doing a WEB SEARCH,typing in "Gravel Near Me" and found it. I went in and got a quote using their measurements to tons calculator. I then utilized their choices and found the EXACT gravel I needed, and also took photos of the color to match the Gravel in the front of My house. After paying for the 11 tons of driveway gravel, I saved an extra 400 dollars by scheduling a later drop off date. I received an email invoice and confirmation with the promise that I would have a Rep contact Me with the details. I was then contacted by Jonas Vasquez, who finalized all the details and confirmed the delivery date and time. I then got another call from Jonas the day before and sent pictures of where I wanted the gravel to be placed. On the day of Delivery, I got a text going over the Delivery time, and to My surprise the truck arrived, but only one small problem.. It was the wrong gravel! I then called Jonas, and told Him what was occurring, and He calmly urged Me to send it back, and with a sample of the desired gravel. Jonas then informed Me that He'd be in touch within the hour... and reschedule another delivery that day. A few hours later, the delivery truck arrived with the EXACT MATCH!!! GREAT RECOVERY!!!EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Despite that minor setback, the Recovery is what SOLD ME! I do recommend them, and it was painless and easy to order. THANK YOU "HELLO GRAVEL"! AND THANK YOU JONAS!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was researching options for my chicken run and decided on construction sand. I put in to get a quote w Hello Gravel and they quickly sent me a text message and answered all my questions and gave me a quote. I needed time to think and they had great follow up and asked if I had any other questions. I ended up placing order and then I had Helen reach out via text and help me from that point to delivery. Keeping me informed along the way and I must say the texting communication was on point. Friendly, professional, and delivery was great and my driver was top notch. He got my sand dropped off exactly where I wanted where other drivers had said they can’t drop it. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back for any future sand or gravel needs.

After several attempts at delivery we finally got our driveway stones as ordered. I was pre notified on the delivery time and the delivery was right on time. The driver is very experienced and was friendly and laid to stones down exactly as we needed. I would recommend you to anyone needing stone. The driver with his experience made up for all the waiting. He saved me a lot of back breaking work. He also did not mess up our property at all and can follow instructions well. Good job!!!

Where will the driver dump my material?
You can request a preferred spot. The driver makes the final call based on safety, access, clearance, and ground conditions. If the requested spot cannot be reached safely, the load goes to the closest safe location.
Does delivery include spreading the material?
No. Delivery does not include spreading, moving, grading, or cleanup unless that service is stated in writing before you order.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
It is recommended but not required. If you cannot be on site, stay reachable by phone during your delivery window in case the driver has questions about access or placement.
What can prevent a delivery?
An incorrect address, blocked driveways, locked gates, low wires or branches, soft ground, steep slopes, or tight turns. Check that the delivery spot is accessible before your delivery window.
Can I return a delivery or cancel my order?
