What happens if there is a problem with my order?
If the wrong material arrives or there is a quality issue, email support@hellogravel.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the material, photos of the delivery spot, and a short description of the issue. Please contact us before you spread, move, or use the material, since that makes the issue harder to verify. Claims sent more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for review.
If we confirm the wrong material was delivered or there was a fulfillment issue within our control, we work with you on replacement material, a partial refund, or a full refund.
Bulk materials cannot be returned once they are dumped, so changes are best made before delivery: you can cancel without penalty if you tell us at least one full business day before your delivery date.

I have nothing but the utmost gratitude for Hello Gravel. They are a very pleasant company to deal with. The driver was very kind and courteous. Being the dead of winter our pothole has gotten bigger. I found the right style gravel to fill in the hole and more. I would definitely suggest Hello Gravel to anyone who needs the service.

They were very responsive and helpful in determining how much I would need for my project. Once the order was made they were in continue contact via text message and phone calls. In my case they had to reschedule for afternoon delivery but had an open and were able to deliver in the morning as planned. They called before delivery. Upon arrival they informed me that they only had half the order due to shortage and were expecting a restock truck that day. If they got it they would deliver same day or next day. The were able deliver the other half the same day. The price was affordable and what I like most from the whole experience was the communication and fallow through.

Frequently asked questions
Is Hello Gravel a real company?
Yes. Hello Gravel Inc. was founded in 2023 and is based in New Orleans, Louisiana. It is a BBB Accredited Business.
Who owns Hello Gravel?
Hello Gravel was founded by Daniel Crowley and Alan Kofman.
How does Hello Gravel work?
You order bulk material online at a delivered price, we book a vetted local supplier and hauler, and the load arrives on the date you choose.
Does Hello Gravel get complaints?
Like any delivery company, yes. The issues customers raise most are delivery timing and receiving the wrong material. Report any issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work with you on a fix.
Where do these reviews come from?
From verified customers on Google and Reviews.io.
Where will the driver dump my material?
You can request a preferred spot. The driver makes the final call based on safety, access, clearance, and ground conditions. If the requested spot cannot be reached safely, the load goes to the closest safe location.
Does delivery include spreading the material?
No. Delivery does not include spreading, moving, grading, or cleanup unless that service is stated in writing before you order.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
It is recommended but not required. If you cannot be on site, stay reachable by phone during your delivery window in case the driver has questions about access or placement.
What can prevent a delivery?
An incorrect address, blocked driveways, locked gates, low wires or branches, soft ground, steep slopes, or tight turns. Check that the delivery spot is accessible before your delivery window.
Can I return a delivery or cancel my order?
Bulk materials cannot be returned once they are dumped. You can cancel without penalty if you tell us at least one full business day before your delivery date. If the wrong material arrives, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
