I recently used Hello Gravel for a few refresh projects around my Uptown New Orleans home and had a really great experience. I ordered walkway gravel for around the house and paver and fountain areas, plus #57 limestone gravel for the street in front of my house to help with drainage and parking since I park on the street. Everything looked really nice and refreshed afterwards. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and really thorough in helping me figure out the right amount of material for each project. Communication was excellent throughout. They texted and called before, during, and after delivery, kept me updated on timing, and even gave me an exact ETA the day of delivery. The delivery itself was handled perfectly. They placed each pile exactly where I needed it, which made spreading and placement much easier. Pricing was good for the quality, and they were able to deliver on the exact date I needed with a convenient delivery window. Would absolutely use Hello Gravel again.

Great experience with my order and delivery of sand to level my stables. Juilio Morales was the deciding factor on actually pulling the trigger on the dirt I’ve been meaning to bring in for the past couple years. 36 hours ago on Sunday I called the 1-800 number not expecting to get anyone and suddenly Julio picks up; NOT a machine or AI. I thought I had in mind how much dirt I wanted, but I truly didn’t realize how much a ton even was I ended up getting 18 tons of dirt instead of my original seven and I’m so glad that I did because the increase in volume brought the price down significantly from what the online quote originally gave me. I was able to discuss what my project was, and what my needs were and what the end result I was hoping for was which led me to buying topsoil instead of backfill. Very happy with the speed of delivery and quality of the soil. I’ll probably do business with them again whenever I need to order some rock for my drainage project.
