What happens if there is a problem with my order?
If the wrong material arrives or there is a quality issue, email support@hellogravel.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the material, photos of the delivery spot, and a short description of the issue. Please contact us before you spread, move, or use the material, since that makes the issue harder to verify. Claims sent more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for review.
If we confirm the wrong material was delivered or there was a fulfillment issue within our control, we work with you on replacement material, a partial refund, or a full refund.
Bulk materials cannot be returned once they are dumped, so changes are best made before delivery: you can cancel without penalty if you tell us at least one full business day before your delivery date.

I had a great experience with Hello Gravel. I called a couple places in town but they had weird delivery fees and the prices were higher. Hello Gravel made it super easy to book what I wanted and get it delivered when we needed it. They dropped it right on my driveway where I asked for it. Made my job a lot easier!

Great product … Very easy to order. The walkway gravel looks great with no debris I bought several tons and may need more. So always purchase a little extra up front. Will be ordering more from hello Gravel. Customer service is very easy to work with and delivery was punctual and professional.

However, I could have used a phone call or two to make my gravel order and delivery a bit smoother. The delivery was with a truck that couldn’t dump and move at the same time very well. The driver said he called asking about which truck to use, but that call must have been to Hello Gravel not me. Anyways, I didn’t get enough gravel, it wasn’t quite the right gravel, and I had to shovel it around more than I planned. Some of those things are my fault. Hello Gravel I’m sure will improve over time, that’s what reviews are for, right?! Thanks for the convenience for online ordering and scheduling.

Where will the driver dump my material?

Does delivery include spreading the material?
No. Delivery does not include spreading, moving, grading, or cleanup unless that service is stated in writing before you order.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
It is recommended but not required. If you cannot be on site, stay reachable by phone during your delivery window in case the driver has questions about access or placement.
What can prevent a delivery?
An incorrect address, blocked driveways, locked gates, low wires or branches, soft ground, steep slopes, or tight turns. Check that the delivery spot is accessible before your delivery window.
Can I return a delivery or cancel my order?
Bulk materials cannot be returned once they are dumped. You can cancel without penalty if you tell us at least one full business day before your delivery date. If the wrong material arrives, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
