Carlos is great helped me determine the best thing to get for my type of yard and the water problem I was having. He also was patient while I move the date when rain was coming on my delivery date. The driver was also wonderful he waited for my husband to go get a torp to place on the ground before dumping the dirt and everyone was kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend them if you needed someone who know what they are doing and has the patients to deal with a person who does not know what they are doing.

Our ordering and delivery experience was excellent. After the order was placed online, we were contacted to verify the details of what was ordered, where it was to be delivered, and when to expect the delivery. The local supplier arrived and dropped the order without issue. We are very pleased with the ease and speed that order was handled, even though it was a relatively small order of only 4 tons of sand.

It looks like Hello Gravel subcontracted my request to a local vendor because I didn’t see one located here in Warner Robins, GA. That’s okay, because the service was excellent! My order was delivered next day (as requested, the delivery man was quickly in and out, and Ms. Jodie Thompson was a pleasure to work with. This was certainly not a subcontracting nightmare, and I’d encourage anyone to use Hello Gravel.
