- We fix what we control. Wrong material, confirmed fulfillment errors, or orders we cannot complete are reviewed for replacement, refund, or another fair resolution.
- Safe delivery comes first. The driver chooses the final safe dump location on site. If your requested spot is not safely reachable, we deliver to the closest safe location available.
- Plans change. You can cancel free up to one full business day before delivery. Next-business-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

I ordered fill dirt to grade around my house. The process was so simple! The driver met me where I wanted him to drop the dirt. I think I spent a total of 30 min with the ordering, paying, and the truck arriving with the material the day they said they would be there. I'm very pleased.

Hello Gravel found me while I was looking for dirt to fill a hole that opened up in my back yard. I originally searched on DirtMatch and when I spoke with Chuck I was originally quoted for 1 ton of dirt. After showing pictures it turned out I needed less than half of that. Chuck talked me through the process of picking the right soil, how to fill the hole, and where to get what I needed from the Lowes local to me. Uploaded pictures of how we found it, after we dug out all the overhang and cleaned it out, and after we filled it in. I saved $400 by talking with Chuck and it only took like 3 hours. I wasn't even an official customer and Chuck took the time to help me with the hole in my yard. And on a weekend no less!!! What I'm saying is if you're looking for honest, kind, caring people to help you with your job. From my experience, this is the place.

The minimum order is typically 1 ton (or 1 cubic yard for mulch and soil products). Our pricing gets better with larger quantities — a full truckload (18 tons) gives you the best per-unit price.
Due to the nature of bulk materials, we cannot accept returns once delivered. We recommend using our calculator to get the right amount — it's better to order slightly more than to run short mid-project.
We recommend a 3-inch layer for optimal weed suppression and moisture retention. Applying more than 4 inches can actually harm plants by preventing water and air from reaching the roots.
Our dyed mulch holds its color for a full season (8-12 months) thanks to UV-resistant colorants. Natural brown mulch will gradually fade to gray. Refreshing with a thin top layer each spring keeps beds looking sharp.
