Sandy-loam topsoil is screened Willamette Valley soil with the balance gardeners want — enough sand to drain through wet Oregon winters, enough loam to hold moisture and nutrients through August. It's the go-to for flower gardens, vegetable beds, new lawns, and lawn repair, and it doubles as a stable base for grading and leveling work. One cubic yard weighs approximately 2,000 lbs. Driver was timely, dropped the too soil on the tarp as desired. The top soil is dark and good quality. The delivery came in2 loads. After 1st load I realized I ordered too much and the 1st load was enough. They kindly canceled the 2nd load and refunded the difference back to my accoint.

Hello Gravel found me while I was looking for dirt to fill a hole that opened up in my back yard. I originally searched on DirtMatch and when I spoke with Chuck I was originally quoted for 1 ton of dirt. After showing pictures it turned out I needed less than half of that. Chuck talked me through the process of picking the right soil, how to fill the hole, and where to get what I needed from the Lowes local to me. Uploaded pictures of how we found it, after we dug out all the overhang and cleaned it out, and after we filled it in. I saved $400 by talking with Chuck and it only took like 3 hours. I wasn't even an official customer and Chuck took the time to help me with the hole in my yard. And on a weekend no less!!! What I'm saying is if you're looking for honest, kind, caring people to help you with your job. From my experience, this is the place.

Good evening Nina, just to respond to your inquiry about my experience with your company is to say that i was led to believe that I was dealing with a local company. I was wrong. I spent a large amount of money to a national company to deliver top soil that was delivered by a different local company. I purchased topsoil from that company a few years ago and paid a small price then, based on your charges to me. I have no plans on purchasing any additional material from your company. Despite the fact that the delivered material was fine, I have no plans to purchase from your company again.
