Hello Gravel Guarantee
Right material. Safe delivery. Real help if we miss.
How it works
- We fix what we control. Wrong material, confirmed fulfillment errors, or orders we cannot complete are reviewed for replacement, refund, or another fair resolution.
- Safe delivery comes first. The driver chooses the final safe dump location on site. If your requested spot is not safely reachable, we deliver to the closest safe location available.
- Plans change. You can cancel free up to one full business day before delivery. Next-business-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- Natural material varies. Color, texture, moisture, dust, and sizing can vary by quarry, supplier, season, and region.
“We chose a delivery date. The driver dropped it exactly where I asked. I had never ordered gravel in my life.”

I work for an industrial construction company that deals with a lot of civil work, and I'm very accustomed to building a proper base with specific materials on projects we work on. The people at Hello Gravel were very pleasant to deal with. Prices are good. Unfortunately, the product I asked for wasn't available after paying for it, but they worked hard at ensuring I had a suitabe alternative. In the end, it all worked well, and the staff were very attentive. Lots of operators would not have gone through the trouble they did to make sure I was happy as a customer. Hello Gravel did

Frequently Asked Questions
Use the calculator on the product page with your project length, width, and depth. Bulk material coverage depends on the depth you choose and the way the material settles on site.
Material is delivered by dump truck in the New Orleans-Metairie service area. Choose a drop spot that is accessible, level, and clear of vehicles or overhead obstructions.
Yes. This New Orleans product is priced by the ton. Hauling uses the New Orleans delivery profile separately from the flat material rate.
Smaller rip rap is easier to place for lighter erosion control and drainage edges. Larger rip rap and gabion stone are better for heavier stabilization and basket-style applications.
Bulk aggregate, soil, sand, and mulch are not returnable once delivered. Use the calculator and round up slightly if your measurements are close.
