- Safe delivery comes first. The driver chooses the final safe dump location on site. If your requested spot is not safely reachable, we deliver to the closest safe location available.
- Plans change. You can cancel free up to one full business day before delivery. Next-business-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- Natural material varies. Color, texture, moisture, dust, and sizing can vary by quarry, supplier, season, and region.

Everything went as planned not sure if it was really 18 tons since It doesn’t seem like we hahave enough to complete the project by the calculation, but perhaps I put 5 inches in some places rather than 4 inches. I recently used Hello Gravel for a few refresh projects around my Uptown New Orleans home and had a really great experience. I ordered walkway gravel for around the house and paver and fountain areas, plus #57 limestone gravel for the street in front of my house to help with drainage and parking since I park on the street. Everything looked really nice and refreshed afterwards. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and really thorough in helping me figure out the right amount of material for each project. Communication was excellent throughout. They texted and called before, during, and after delivery, kept me updated on timing, and even gave me an exact ETA the day of delivery. The delivery itself was handled perfectly. They placed each pile exactly where I needed it, which made spreading and placement much easier.
