“Ordered 12 tons of fill dirt for our foundations. Coordinated with Nina for a specific drop off location and time. Everything went smoothly and dirt was as expected. Would recommend to others and will definitely use again in the future.”

The lady who answered the phone was very professional, and very nice. I explain to her what I was looking for. She made it happen. And she followed up on the whole operation. The quality of dirt was great. I appreciate it. It would make my operation go a whole lot. Easier on the landscape of my backyard. I would highly recommend this organization.

My experience with the fill dirt I received was very good. I requested dirt with minimal rocks and roots and I received very good quality dirt with zero roots and very small rocks.

I removed an above ground pool that had been sunken halfway into the ground, so we had a big hole to fill! We could have found free dirt, but that would have taken forever to search different places, load, then unload, and there would have been no way to know if the dirt was contaminated or not. Purchasing it seemed to be the best option, but it was going to be very expensive. Then I found Hello Gravel. It was half the price and the dirt was very good quality!

The staff was professional and on time with the scheduled 3 ton load of fill dirt. I paid $356.00 ( they had a $50.00 discount added ) I thought 3 tons would equal 3 cubic yards plus.... of dirt. I only got 21 small wheel barrow loads out of that VERY SMALL 3 TON LOAD OF DIRT. Just compare the size of the shovels to the small wheel barrow to the dirt pile. I was unable to complete even one fill job. THERE WAS ONLY 21 WHEEL BARROW LOADS IN THEIR 3 TON LOAD!! LESSON LEARNED... NEVER PREPAY A BIG COMPANY FOR DIRT. YOU ASKED FOR MY REVIEW & THERE YOU HAVE IT.

The dirt was delivered on time and with the greatest of care. The quality was a good sandy loam mixture. There were a lot of small rocks, bricks and some very large rocks mixed in, which was a bit frustrating. We managed through it and finished the job in one day (see time stamp). We used one wheelbarrow, two shovels and one grading rake. Thank you for the service.

Frequently Asked Questions

Use our built-in calculator on this page — enter the length, width, and depth of your project area, and we'll calculate the exact amount. As a general rule, 1 ton of material covers about 100 square feet at 2 inches deep.

We deliver directly to your driveway or project site using a dump truck. Just choose your delivery date and time window (AM or PM) during checkout. Next-day delivery is available on orders placed before noon.

Yes! Delivery is included in the price you see — no hidden fees, no surprises. The price per ton (or yard) you see is the price you pay, delivered.

The minimum order is typically 1 ton (or 1 cubic yard for mulch and soil products). Our pricing gets better with larger quantities — a full truckload (18 tons) gives you the best per-unit price.

Due to the nature of bulk materials, we cannot accept returns once delivered. We recommend using our calculator to get the right amount — it's better to order slightly more than to run short mid-project.

Topsoil is screened natural soil — great for grading, leveling, and lawn establishment. Garden soil is a premium blend with added compost and nutrients — ideal for raised beds and planting areas where you want maximum plant growth.

Our garden soil and compost soil are ready to plant in as-is. Topsoil benefits from mixing in compost for garden beds. Fill dirt is not intended for planting — it's for grading and structural fill only.
