Local Insights
Confluence is a small but active community with a city population 1,810. A steady growth rate of 1.80% annually means more homeowners are updating landscapes, renovating yards, and adding small infill projects—creating reliable demand for aggregates and bulk materials. The local climate, with 228 sunny days per year and annual rainfall of 34.32 inches in hardiness zone 8b, supports year‑round outdoor work but also requires materials that balance drainage, stability, and plant health. Homeowners and contractors alike are leaning toward low‑maintenance yards, permeable surfaces, and durable base layers for driveways and patios; consistent, locally sourced bulk supplies—gravel, sand, dirt, mulch, and stone—help meet those needs by reducing rework and extending project life when selected and installed correctly.

While I cannot speak to the actual service, I did enter my phone number to get a quote. I realized it was probably too much for my small project. But I received a very helpful follow up text conversation, and after I explained it was probably more than I needed, they still took time to help me work through how much I would need, and offered me possible solutions, even knowing I wouldn't be using their product. Makes me wish they had fit my needs, if that's the level of service they provided even to a non customers

You can order a variety of bulk materials including gravel, sand, dirt, and stone for landscaping, driveways, drainage, and grading work. Availability reflects local suppliers and regional geology, so color, texture, and exact gradations may vary. Use our product pages to compare general uses and request color or texture notes at checkout.
Pick materials based on slope, drainage needs, and traffic load: choose permeable, well-draining aggregates for slopes and drainage, and more compactable mixes for driveable surfaces. Consider a stable base layer and a different surfacing layer when needed, and factor in erosion control on steep sections. If unsure, use our calculator and contact the sales team for guidance tailored to hilly sites.
We require a 3-ton minimum order and typically deliver with tri-axle dump trucks operated by local haulers. Rural or steep driveways may have extra fees or access restrictions; supplying site photos and detailed delivery notes helps haulers plan. Always check service availability by zip code and choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
