Local Insights
Clymer has a city population of 2,360 and sits within a broader metro area population of 2.3+ million. A steady growth rate of 0.40% annually suggests measured, ongoing development rather than a building boom—meaning many homeowners are updating yards, driveways, and small additions rather than rebuilding whole neighborhoods. With about 228 sunny days per year and annual rainfall of 33.50 inches in hardiness zone 8b, local projects need materials that balance good drainage with UV and moisture durability. That mix of sun and moderate rain favors well-graded aggregates for paths and driveways, amended topsoil for gardens, and durable surfacing for high-traffic areas. For homeowners, that translates to choosing materials that control erosion, support plantings through seasonal cycles, and reduce maintenance over time.

While I cannot speak to the actual service, I did enter my phone number to get a quote. I realized it was probably too much for my small project. But I received a very helpful follow up text conversation, and after I explained it was probably more than I needed, they still took time to help me work through how much I would need, and offered me possible solutions, even knowing I wouldn't be using their product. Makes me wish they had fit my needs, if that's the level of service they provided even to a non customers
