Local Insights
Shaverlake Heights, with a city population of 12,000, is experiencing steady, modest development driven by an annual growth rate of 1.00% — a pace that typically produces consistent demand for home improvement, landscaping, and smaller-scale construction projects rather than rapid building booms. The broader metro area population of 2.5+ million supports regional supply chains and contractor activity, while local climate — 218 sunny days per year and annual rainfall of 34.25 inches in USDA hardiness zone 8a — means homeowners need materials that balance sun resistance with wet-season durability. Current homeowner trends in the area favor durable surfaces, improved drainage, low-maintenance plantings, and hardscaping upgrades, so easy access to bulk supplies like gravel, sand, dirt, mulch, topsoil, and base materials matters for long-term performance and local aesthetic fit.

While I cannot speak to the actual service, I did enter my phone number to get a quote. I realized it was probably too much for my small project. But I received a very helpful follow up text conversation, and after I explained it was probably more than I needed, they still took time to help me work through how much I would need, and offered me possible solutions, even knowing I wouldn't be using their product. Makes me wish they had fit my needs, if that's the level of service they provided even to a non customers

Just a little hiccup in the delivery date but everything worked out well and with great communication from Janel. Ordering went smoothly as well as working with the delivery team to deliver to the appropriate location for my yard.
