Screened Loam

Screened loam is a high-quality topsoil that has been mechanically sifted to remove rocks, roots, and debris, resulting in a fine, uniform texture. This process ensures a consistent, easy-to-work material that is ideal for landscaping and gardening projects.

The screening attribute is especially important because it creates a smoother, more workable soil that promotes healthy root growth and makes spreading and grading much easier.
