Top Course aggregate in a 5/8" minus size range is a premium, well-graded crushed stone blend designed specifically for surface layers in road and driveway construction. The "minus" designation means the material includes both 5/8" stone and smaller particles, including fines, which help bind the aggregate together for a compact, stable finish.




This size and gradation make Top Course ideal for creating smooth, durable surfaces that resist rutting and shifting under traffic. The fines content allows for excellent compaction, reducing voids and providing a firm base for asphalt or pavers.
