Well, the delivery came a few minutes earlier than expected but it turn out fine. The driver was courteous, pleasant and followed instructions well. He emptied the whole box of dirt to the fullest.

While I was offered, and accepted, sifted dirt, it did not come sifted. The trade off was that the fill dirt came earlier than I anticipated, which is never bad unless the schedule doesn't allow for it. Fortunately, my project didn't require sifted dirt, though it would have been preferrable. Overall, from start to finish, there was awesome communication, Hello Gravel took care of the scheduling with the driver/provider. The price was reasonable, everything worked out fantastically.

Where will the driver dump my material?
You can request a preferred spot. The driver makes the final call based on safety, access, clearance, and ground conditions. If the requested spot cannot be reached safely, the load goes to the closest safe location.
Does delivery include spreading the material?
No. Delivery does not include spreading, moving, grading, or cleanup unless that service is stated in writing before you order.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
It is recommended but not required. If you cannot be on site, stay reachable by phone during your delivery window in case the driver has questions about access or placement.
What can prevent a delivery?
An incorrect address, blocked driveways, locked gates, low wires or branches, soft ground, steep slopes, or tight turns. Check that the delivery spot is accessible before your delivery window.
Can I return a delivery or cancel my order?
Bulk materials cannot be returned once they are dumped. You can cancel without penalty if you tell us at least one full business day before your delivery date. If the wrong material arrives, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
