I couldn't be more happier with the overall experience I had using hello gravel to deliver some road base I needed to make a pad for a 40' storage container. They delivered right on time and put the gravel right where I wanted it to go. The driver was very friendly and super polite. This much is for sure if I need gravel in the future I will most definitely be calling hello gravel to bring it. So if you need some good quality road base give hello gravel a call and you will be glad you did. I almost forgot to tell you about how easy the whole process is when buying online and setting up payment and delivery and didn't have anyone hassling and pressuring me into buying something. Where will the driver dump my material?
You can request a preferred spot. The driver makes the final call based on safety, access, clearance, and ground conditions. If the requested spot cannot be reached safely, the load goes to the closest safe location.
Does delivery include spreading the material?
No. Delivery does not include spreading, moving, grading, or cleanup unless that service is stated in writing before you order.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
It is recommended but not required. If you cannot be on site, stay reachable by phone during your delivery window in case the driver has questions about access or placement.
What can prevent a delivery?
An incorrect address, blocked driveways, locked gates, low wires or branches, soft ground, steep slopes, or tight turns. Check that the delivery spot is accessible before your delivery window.
Can I return a delivery or cancel my order?
Bulk materials cannot be returned once they are dumped. You can cancel without penalty if you tell us at least one full business day before your delivery date. If the wrong material arrives, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
