The gravel was delivered right on time and with no issues and payment was easy. •Extremely attentive and confirming every step of the way and available for questions on how the process works or what to expect next. •Gave (and used) alternative options to communicate to ease some spotty reception issues I have in my area. •after delivery was completed, gave a courtesy "how'd everything go" call and text communication that was above and beyond. I did end up having an issue with the delivery and they compensated accordingly. Could've been a very terrible process as a first time "gravel orderer", but the HelloGravel team truly made it positively memorable. l indeed would recommend to others and order again myself.
