Referral Program Rules

1. Enrollment and participation

• Homeowner enrollment begins after an eligible live order reaches completed delivery. Historical imports and orders completed before the configured launch time do not trigger an invitation.
• Existing pending homeowner applications remain under legacy review. Existing active homeowner codes remain active unless separately paused or revoked.
• Haulers may request an invitation to the manual pilot. A request does not guarantee acceptance, activate a code, or create a reward obligation.
• A referral code works only after Hello Gravel issues and activates it. Participants must keep their contact and market information accurate.
• Hello Gravel may pause, reject, or remove a participant or code for misuse, fraud, misleading promotion, or repeated customer complaints.

2. Customer discount

The current standard customer discount is $50. A customer must enter an active referral code during checkout. Discounts cannot be added after an order is placed, exchanged for cash, or combined when checkout rules do not allow it.

3. Qualified referred orders

A reward becomes eligible only when all applicable conditions are met:

• The order uses the participant's active referral code and can be matched to that participant.
• The buyer is a new Hello Gravel customer placing their first order.
• The participant cannot refer themselves or use their own contact, household, payment, or delivery information to create a reward.
• The order must be completed and delivered before a reward is eligible.
• The order must not be canceled, refunded, charged back, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible under these rules.

4. Rewards and fulfillment timing

• Approved homeowners currently earn a $50 gift card for each qualified referred order.
• New hauler reward amounts and fulfillment methods are still being finalized. The applicable terms will be confirmed in writing before a new partner code is approved.
• Previously approved written reward terms remain honored, including legacy hauler obligations already saved with a redemption.
• Rewards begin as pending. Hello Gravel reviews delivery and eligibility before approval, with an operating target of 24 hours once an order is ready for review.
• Fulfillment may use a gift card, manual method, or another registered provider according to the policy saved with the reward.
• Rewards may be taxable. Participants are responsible for applicable taxes and any information needed for tax reporting.

5. Promotion rules

• Participants must be honest about the program and may not claim to be a Hello Gravel employee, agent, or exclusive representative.
• Participants may not buy ads using Hello Gravel names, trademarks, misspellings, domains, or search terms without written permission.
• Spam, deceptive claims, fake reviews, coupon-site posting, automated messaging, and unlawful outreach are prohibited.
• Participants are responsible for following advertising, privacy, tax, telemarketing, and endorsement laws that apply to their activity.

6. Changes, disputes, and reversals

Hello Gravel may change program economics, eligibility, markets, or availability prospectively. The reward terms saved with an approved redemption govern that redemption unless fraud, refund, chargeback, or a processing error requires review. Final reward decisions are based on Hello Gravel order and delivery records.
