I was researching options for my chicken run and decided on construction sand. I put in to get a quote w Hello Gravel and they quickly sent me a text message and answered all my questions and gave me a quote. I needed time to think and they had great follow up and asked if I had any other questions. I ended up placing order and then I had Helen reach out via text and help me from that point to delivery. Keeping me informed along the way and I must say the texting communication was on point. Friendly, professional, and delivery was great and my driver was top notch. He got my sand dropped off exactly where I wanted where other drivers had said they can’t drop it. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back for any future sand or gravel needs.

My entire experience with Hello Gravel was exceptional. Immediately after ordering sand, I was contacted by Tereza to confirm the order and make sure I understood the delivery process. Tereza was very thorough, professional, kind and friendly. I ordered sand on Friday and it was delivered on Monday. Domingo, the delivery driver was professional and courteous also. The sand is perfect for my backyard “beach/playground” area.

They also resolved over payment related to their online system malfunctioning quickly and were easy to work with and responsive.

Very professional and patient. Responded quickly to email or text. I had researched the quantity and type of gravel I needed for my project before contacting Hello Gravel. When I explained what I was doing, the recommendations I received were consistent with what I had found. Piero kept me updated on the delivery. I had to change the date three times, and he was very accommodating. He sent a picture of a sample of the gravel for my approval. The delivery was on time and frictionless. I would use Hello Gravel again.
