Product description
Pond clay is a consistent, low-permeability clay processed and moisture-conditioned for lining ponds, lakes, and reservoirs. Tested at a permeability of 1×10⁻⁸ cm/s, it holds water reliably, and because it arrives already moisture-conditioned it comes workable and ready to place — no need to wet it down or let it cure on site. Its uniform plasticity load to load means it compacts and seals predictably across a project. Hello Gravel delivers it in bulk across the service area.

Hello Gravel Guarantee
Right material. Safe delivery. Real help if we miss.
How it works
- We fix what we control. Wrong material, confirmed fulfillment errors, or orders we cannot complete are reviewed for replacement, refund, or another fair resolution.
- Safe delivery comes first. The driver chooses the final safe dump location on site. If your requested spot is not safely reachable, we deliver to the closest safe location available.
- Plans change. You can cancel free up to one full business day before delivery. Next-business-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- Natural material varies. Color, texture, moisture, dust, and sizing can vary by quarry, supplier, season, and region.
“We chose a delivery date. The driver dropped it exactly where I asked. I had never ordered gravel in my life.”

I initially ordered the wrong amount but the customer service representative, Jenel, helped me out by correcting it and giving me a refund immediately. I advised them where I would like the dirt to be dumped in my backyard and the driver made it happen. Great experience working with Jenel and Hello Gravel.

Use the calculator with the surface area you're lining and your target liner thickness. Liner depth depends on the project and engineering requirements.
Delivered in bulk. Choose a drop spot that's accessible, level, and clear of vehicles or overhead obstructions.
The 1×10⁻⁸ cm/s rating means water moves through the compacted clay very slowly, which is what makes it suitable for holding water in ponds, lakes, and reservoirs.
No — it's supplied moisture-conditioned, so it arrives workable and ready to place and compact.
Bulk clay is not returnable once delivered. Use the calculator and round up slightly if your measurements are close.
