Sold by the yard
The family-friendly bark — soft on paws, easy on hands, rich dark brown.
Hemlock bark dust is the Willamette Valley's family pick: screened to 3/4" minus in a rich brown that varies with the season, it's naturally low in slivers, which makes it the better bark around kids, pets, and anywhere hands end up in the beds. It spreads smooth at about 2" deep and dresses commercial and residential landscapes alike. One cubic yard weighs approximately 600 lbs. Hello Gravel delivers it in bulk by dump truck across Salem and the Willamette Valley.

I initially ordered the wrong amount but the customer service representative, Jenel, helped me out by correcting it and giving me a refund immediately. I advised them where I would like the dirt to be dumped in my backyard and the driver made it happen. Great experience working with Jenel and Hello Gravel.

I work for an industrial construction company that deals with a lot of civil work, and I'm very accustomed to building a proper base with specific materials on projects we work on. The people at Hello Gravel were very pleasant to deal with. Prices are good. Unfortunately, the product I asked for wasn't available after paying for it, but they worked hard at ensuring I had a suitabe alternative. In the end, it all worked well, and the staff were very attentive. Lots of operators would not have gone through the trouble they did to make sure I was happy as a customer. Hello Gravel did
