At least three photos showing the full converted area and plant coverage. Irrigation-component photos when drip or high-efficiency nozzles are used. Sheet-mulching process photos for super tier. W-9 if annual rebate total reaches $2,000.00.
Details to confirm
- Rocks or mulch without plants are expressly ineligible.
- Super-tier sheet mulch cannot be rock or gravel.
- The plant list is due before plant purchase and installation.

- Buying gravel, soil, mulch, or another product by itself does not create eligibility.
