2. Figure out how much you need

We round in your favor with a plain heads-up, because stone settles and coming up short is the worse problem. Something like: for a 13-by-20-foot area at 4 inches deep, you need about 4 tons, so 5 gives you a cushion. Your call, not a push to buy more.
