1. Tell us where it’s going

You start with your zip code. That’s how we find a local truck and figure out delivery to your address. Gravel is heavy and doesn’t travel cheap, so where you are shapes the price. Putting in your zip first means the number you see is the real number for your spot, not a guess we adjust later.

2. Figure out how much you need

This is the question that trips up most first-timers, and it’s the one we most want to get right. Too much gravel is wasted money. Too little is a driveway that stops halfway.

Tell us the size of the area, the length, the width, and how deep you want the rock. We do the math and give you an amount. We round in your favor with a plain heads-up, because stone settles and coming up short is the worse problem. Something like: for a 13-by-20-foot area at 4 inches deep, you need about 4 tons, so 5 gives you a cushion. Your call, not a push to buy more.

3. Pick the right material

There’s more than one kind of rock, and the right one depends on the job. Gravel for a driveway isn’t the same as gravel for a drain or a garden bed.

Tell us what you’re building and we match you to the material that works. If a cheaper option won’t hold up for what you need, we’ll tell you, even when the better material costs a bit more. We’re not going to sell you crushed concrete for a driveway that needs something tougher. Selling you the wrong thing once means we never see you again, and that’s a bad trade for everybody.

4. See the full price, then pay

Before you pay anything, you see the whole price: the material, the delivery, and the tax, added up together. That’s the number. No fee that appears when the truck arrives, no “fuel surcharge” surprise at the door.

Checkout runs through Stripe, the same secure payment system behind a lot of the online stores you already use. Your card details go straight to them, not to us.

5. We deliver and drop it where you want it

Once your order’s in, we schedule a local delivery and keep you posted. A heads-up before the truck arrives is one of the things customers thank us for most, so you’re not stuck guessing all day.

When the driver gets there, you tell them where you want the load, in the driveway, by the gate, around back, wherever the truck can safely reach. That last part matters, so we’ll say it plainly: drivers dump, they don’t spread. You get a heap right where you asked for it, not a raked-out layer. And the driver places where it’s safe for the truck and your property, so nobody cracks your sidewalk getting the rock in.

Most folks find the pile lands close enough that they barely need a wheelbarrow.

6. If something goes wrong, we fix it

Sometimes a delivery goes sideways. The wrong rock shows up, or the amount’s off. When that happens, we don’t hide behind “unforeseen circumstances.” We tell you what broke, get the right material out to you fast, and make it right.

That’s the part you can’t see on the website, and it’s the part that matters most. We treat a one-time, five-ton order the same as a contractor’s standing account. To the homeowner buying once, that order matters more, and we know it.
