Road Base

(Class 5 | ABC | Crusher Run) A mixture of crushed limestone or granite, gravel, and sand, ranging from 1 ½” in size down to fines (small particles). Intended to be compacted, hence the inclusion of fines within the material to provide support and be resistant to erosion and shifting.
