Ordering and Custom Requests: During the checkout process, please choose your preferred delivery date (Must be at least 3 business days from the day you place your order) and select a delivery window for either morning (7 am – 12 pm) or afternoon (12 pm – 5 pm). Specify any delivery instructions to customize the process. Our team is here to assist with any special requests or questions. Please note, it is very important that you include a phone number with your order, so we can confirm your delivery instructions. Orders without a phone number may not be processed in a timely manner.

Order Confirmation and Delivery Planning: Once your order is placed, we send a confirmation email detailing your purchase, including payment information and specific delivery arrangements. This email serves as your reference for the delivery process, ensuring everything is clear and as per your expectations.

Delivery Site Requirements: Our delivery team requires clear access to your site, with a minimum road width of 12 feet to accommodate heavy trucks. If the delivery site does not meet these requirements, our team will make every effort to unload your materials as close to the desired point as safely possible. In cases where delivery cannot be executed due to access restrictions, a missed delivery fee may apply.
