I ordered 15 tons of topsoil that I was told would be free from rocks and sticks larger than 1" inch. Overall the soil is nice, with a clump of clay here and there. There are sticks and rocks larger than 1" that need to be removed, but not excessively. Got a golf ball, too! The delivery was on time and placed exactly where I asked. A suggestion: please offer compost for those who need really good soil.

I ordered my smaller load of gravel online. Price was less than Home Depot. Within two days, I was contacted by Hello Gravel to confirm my order,. My gravel was delivered a couple days later and mind you, I live in the middle of nowhere (Mojave Desert), so that was great. Very easy and convenient for me and I would not hesitate to use them again. 5 stars.

Everything was great my only suggestion would be... I called after I placed my order to recommend the delivery driver give me a call upon arriving so I could be out there to direct them on where to go and they even called me and asked if I had any questions and that was my only suggestion but when arriving they had an office person call and I'm on a big campus so we had to go through the office person then though the driver to find where to deliver which was way more complicating than if they just gave the driver my number or give me the drivers number.
Twice we had gravel delivered and had no issues. Great service and was on time for both deliveries. We will use this company again when and if opportunity arises.

Part of the order was delivered a day early with no advance notice. Luckily, I was present to accept the delivery, as we live 5 hours from the job site and just happened to arrive on location 15 minutes before the delivery truck showed up. The driver explained that they needed to split the delivery into two loads and apologized. The remainder of the load was delivered the next day without any issues. Material was as advertised/expected.
