Why clyo Homeowners Choose Hello Gravel
clyo has a city population of 2,170 and sits within a metro area of 2.3+ million residents, experiencing a steady 2.10% annual growth rate that translates into rising demand for residential and infrastructure projects. That steady growth means more driveways, patios, raised beds, grading, and new construction work — projects that rely on a wide range of bulk materials including sand, dirt, mulch, stone, and engineered aggregates. With local conditions in Hardiness Zone 8b, about 228 sunny days per year, and roughly 34.00 inches of annual rainfall, material choices must balance sun exposure, periodic precipitation, and long growing seasons. Homeowners and contractors here prioritize materials that support drainage, control erosion, and withstand UV and weathering so installations perform reliably over time.Popular Projects in clyo This Season

Frequently Asked Questions - clyo Gravel Delivery
Everything you need to know about gravel delivery in clyo.
Standard delivery is typically 2+ business days, with a next-day option for orders placed before noon CST for an additional fee. Deliveries are made by local dump truck fleets (usually tri-axle), and you choose your preferred date at checkout. Tailgate spreading may be available at the driver's discretion but is not guaranteed.
Yes, our minimum order is 3 tons for most materials. Rural deliveries in the Clyo area may also have additional fees depending on distance, access, or supplier policies, so check your zip code and the quote for any extra charges.
Choose based on function: drainage and base layers favor angular crushed materials, leveling or bedding may use sand or fine dirt, and surface finish depends on appearance and traction needs. Consider load requirements, drainage, and local climate; if you’re unsure, use our aggregate quiz or contact sales for guidance tailored to your project.
A common two-car driveway (about 20 ft by 20 ft) needs roughly 4–5 cubic yards at 3–4 inches of depth, which usually converts to about 5–7 tons depending on the material. Always measure your area and depth, and order an extra 5–10% to allow for compaction and grading.
Additional charges are possible when access is limited, the drop site is far from the road, or special equipment is required to reach the location. Add detailed delivery notes and photos during checkout so suppliers can assess access and include any extra fees in your quote.
Yes. Provide your zip code, project dimensions, desired material type, and any access notes and we can provide an itemized quote showing material, delivery, and any applicable fees. Using our material calculator before requesting a quote speeds up the process and improves accuracy.
Same-week delivery is often available depending on supplier inventory and truck schedules, but it is not guaranteed. Bulk pricing or discounts may apply for larger orders; pricing and availability vary by local supplier, so request a quote for exact terms.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay through our secure online checkout. Payment details and terms will be listed at checkout and on your order confirmation.
Clear the intended drop area of vehicles, toys, and landscaping materials, and mark the exact drop spot with flags or cones. Check for low-hanging wires or tight turns, provide clear directions in delivery notes, and consider protecting driveways or lawns with plywood if truck access is tight.
Materials are regionally sourced, so color, size, and texture can vary based on local geology and supplier batches. We recommend noting color preferences in Order Notes, requesting samples if available, and expecting natural variation rather than an exact match to images.
Drivers may be able to perform tailgate spreading at their discretion, but this service is not guaranteed and depends on safety and access. If spreading is important, request it at checkout and be prepared to hire a local landscaper or contractor if the driver cannot perform the work.
As of today, we require 2 business days for delivery.

We cannot get out of the truck and manually spread it. However, depending on the location, safety, and comfortability of the driver – we may be able to tailgate spread your material. This involves pulling the truck forward as material is being dumped to make it easier for you to distribute material after delivery.
The minimum order size is 3 tons.
