I appreciated the fact that the company made my project easy. They found and delivered the gravel for my yard. In California because of wildfires Home Insurance companies are requiring defensible space around homes. I was on a tight deadline with my insurance company to complete my yards make over.
The driveway rock I ordered was delivered on time and
the driver was great, he talked to me on my cell phone
and dumped the rock exactly where I asked him to.
I made a special folder so when I need product in the future, I will be able to order easily and quickly.
Dispatch was very communicative and the gravel was delivered in a timely manner. They were also informative on the type of gravel that I needed for my project.

The website was easy to navigate and the delivery was quick and efficient. My only callout is that I made a specific request to avoid a 30-min slot in the delivery window and the driver arrived during that time exactly and said that the message hadn't gotten to him, otherwise he could have accommodate it. Not the end of the world, and the overall experience was simple and easy so would definitely use Hello Gravel again.

This was so straightforward and so easy! We got a call from the coordinator the next business day. He was communicative and helpful, and then called us back the morning of our delivery to confirm the time, and then again to let us know that the delivery driver would be arriving in 10-15 mins. The local company delivery driver was lovely, patient and helpful as we worked out how to get him closest to the site where we'd need the gravel. Overall everyone was pleasant to work with, we got what we paid for, and it was the most reasonably priced delivery we could find. Wins all around.

We had a great experience and would highly recommend Hello Gravel. We ordered gravel for a French drain around our house.
