I initially ordered the wrong amount but the customer service representative, Jenel, helped me out by correcting it and giving me a refund immediately. I advised them where I would like the dirt to be dumped in my backyard and the driver made it happen. Great experience working with Jenel and Hello Gravel.

I have to say hello gravel has been the best experience ever when it comes to house projects here. I chatted back and forth with a sales person who was super helpful in determining exactly what I needed. I got the correct tonnage and material and at a price I was happy with. The material was delivered exactly when I requested and it was WAY better material than I expected. Typical "fill" dirt is full of junk but this dirt was spectacular. It had no rocks in it and packed beautifully. I am building up a flood area for our travel trailer and Hello Gravel has made this project so much easier. Thank you for your outstanding support and service.

I work for an industrial construction company that deals with a lot of civil work, and I'm very accustomed to building a proper base with specific materials on projects we work on. The people at Hello Gravel were very pleasant to deal with. Prices are good. Unfortunately, the product I asked for wasn't available after paying for it, but they worked hard at ensuring I had a suitabe alternative. In the end, it all worked well, and the staff were very attentive. Lots of operators would not have gone through the trouble they did to make sure I was happy as a customer. Hello Gravel did
