A dump truck pulls up and drops your gravel in one neat pile. Driveway, side yard, back corner of the yard — wherever makes sense, as long as there’s at least 12 feet of clearance for the truck to get in. We’ll call 30 minutes before we arrive so you’re not caught off guard.
Absolutely! Life happens. Reschedule any time up to 24 hours before delivery, no fees or hassle. Use the link in your confirmation email, or just give us a call and we’ll sort it out.
Easier than you’d think. Use our calculator — punch in the length, width, and depth of your area, and it’ll tell you exactly how many tons to order. Pro tip: bump that number up by 10-15% to account for settling and uneven ground. You’ll thank yourself later.
Our minimum order is 3 tons. For larger projects, we can deliver up to 20 tons in a single load. Need more? We’ll schedule multiple deliveries.
Go a little over. We recommend 10-15% extra, since we can’t pick up leftover material. And if you come up short, no stress: place another order and we’ll turn it around fast.
You don’t have to be, but it helps. If you’re around, you can point to exactly where you want the pile dropped. If you can’t make it, leave clear instructions and a clear path — we’ll call before we head out so you can catch any last questions.
A few quick things. Pick a spot with at least 12 feet of clearance, clear the path of cars, trash cans, and anything else in the way, and have a wheelbarrow, rake, and shovel ready. Most projects come together in an afternoon.

Hello Gravel is a nationwide company, but we source every load from quarries and suppliers near you. You get the right material for your region and a full delivery team handling the scheduling, trucking, and coordination so everything runs smoothly.
Depends on the job. A single-axle dump truck carries 5-7 tons, a tandem-axle handles 10-14 tons, and a tri-axle can haul up to 22 tons. We’ll send the right size for your order so your delivery is as efficient as possible.
