Everything as Expected
From the first contact until the dump truck drove off our property everything was first class. The ordering process was easy and our delivery date fit our schedule so as to not interfere with day to day operations. The driver called the day before the delivery to confirm our order and delivery time. He also called an hour before delivery time to confirm that he would be on time. He arrived as scheduled, dumped the crushed concrete exactly where it was supposed to be placed. The delivery driver was professional and pleasant. Great company and great customer service. We were very pleased. I would highly recommend Hello Gravel.

I purchased 8 tons of 3/4 crushed stone for a project at my off-grid eco-village. The area where I live is a little tricky to get large deliveries to but with some amazing help from Cadian, I managed to get the delivery within the tight-timeline. Cadian was on top of all the communications I sent him both text and email, he definitely made my experience much pleasant than it could have been. I would work with these guys again because they know what good customer support looks like.
