We will investigate and, if at fault, arrange replacement material or a refund and cover reasonable remediation costs. For commercial jobs report issues immediately so we can contain impact to the project schedule.

Yes. Large deliveries that require blocking a lane, using the curb lane, or staging multiple trucks may require a permit from the City of Akron or Summit County. For curb-to-curb staging in the public right-of-way you may also need flagging or a street-occupation permit. We can advise and coordinate, but obtaining permits is typically the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

We cannot get out of the truck and manually spread it. However, depending on the location, safety, and comfortability of the driver – we may be able to tailgate spread your material. This involves pulling the truck forward as material is being dumped to make it easier for you to distribute material after delivery.
