Materials are delivered by contracted dump truck fleets and delivery times are confirmed after scheduling; exact arrival windows are not guaranteed. Drivers may request safe access and may refuse delivery in unsafe conditions.

Tailgate spreading may be available at the driver’s discretion and can be requested at checkout, but it is not guaranteed. Drivers will assess safety and access when they arrive and may decline spreading if conditions are unsafe or impractical. If spreading is important, plan for a dedicated crew or rent spreading equipment. We will note spreading requests but do not promise a spreading service.
